Occult Print Shop. For Things Worth Getting Seen.

Occult Print Shop

Occult Print Shop. The name makes a bit more sense once you know that occult can mean hidden or secret.

That’s the idea behind it: a little print shop you discover, run by people who like making things and have a soft spot for gothic lettering, witchy imagery and the slightly unusual.

But what we actually do is help get your artwork out into the world.

On stickers, cards, flags, clothing, prints and all sorts of other things. For small businesses, artists, tattoo shops, bands, makers and people with an idea they want to do something with.

Sometimes a Sticker Does the Talking

You know the ones.

A sticker on a festival toilet. A band name on a random lamppost. A tattoo studio’s artwork spotted in an airport smoking area, miles from the shop itself.

Somehow, you end up reading it. Sometimes you remember it. Sometimes you look them up.

You know the kind of discovery we mean: coming across a design somewhere unexpected and wanting to know who made it.

There Are Graphic Designers Behind This

Handling customer print files had been part of our everyday work for over a decade before we started this website. We spend a lot of time looking at artwork, sorting out sizing, preparing files and thinking about how something will look once it’s printed and cut.

That matters because a file on a screen is only part of the job.

We can help with those decisions.

If you’ve already got a style, we want to understand it and work with it. If you need some design input, we can bring our own eye and a bit of our taste to the project too. Sometimes a small adjustment is all it takes to make everything feel like it belongs together.

You can talk to the people working on your artwork. There’s room to explain what you’re after.

Small Businesses Are a Big Part of Why We Do This

A tattoo studio testing a sticker design doesn’t necessarily need thousands of them. An artist might want a small run for their next market. A new business might still be working out what sells.

We want those projects to have somewhere to go.

Start with something manageable. See how it looks, how people respond and what you want to make next. We’re happy working with people while they figure things out, as well as those who know exactly what they need.

We’ve already worked with plenty of customers on custom stickers and other print projects. The quantities vary, but each one represents somebody putting their artwork, business or idea out there.

That’s something we enjoy being part of.

And Yes, We’ll Probably See You at Download

Download Festival is part of our world too.

We’ve made a fair amount of stickers and flags for people heading there. Every so often, we spot one while we’re out enjoying the festival ourselves.

That’s a lovely, slightly surreal part of the job. Something we’ve spent time working on is suddenly there, in a field, amongst the tents and the chaos.
