Thank you for shopping with Occult Print Shop. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.
Order Processing
Many of our products are custom-made or produced to order. Please allow time for artwork preparation, production, quality checks and packaging before dispatch.
- Standard production time: 2–5 business days
- Peak periods: Processing times may increase during holidays, sales periods or major launches
- Custom or bulk orders: Larger or specialist jobs may require additional production time
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using carriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD depending on parcel size, service level and destination.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, weather events or peak seasonal demand are outside our control.
International Orders
We ship internationally where available.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or local handling fees applied by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination and selected delivery method.
Promotional shipping offers, discounts or free delivery thresholds may be available periodically.
Packaging
Orders are packaged carefully to help protect products during transit. Where practical, we aim to use recyclable or lower-waste packaging materials.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us before opening a claim with the courier.
- UK orders: Contact us after 15 business days from dispatch
- International orders: Contact us after 30 business days from dispatch
For damaged deliveries, customers must provide clear photographs of:
- The external packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item(s)
Damage claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Occult Print Shop is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
- Incorrect delivery details entered at checkout
- Failed deliveries caused by inaccessible addresses or missed delivery attempts
