🖼️ Uploading Your Artwork

We accept all file types, but for the best print results, we recommend:
• File formats: JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF (flattened)
• Image ratio: 10cm x 10cm - 100mm x 100mm (approx. 4 inches)

🔁 To achieve full edge-to-edge printing, include a bleed margin around the artwork — avoid placing important text or details too close to the corners or edges.
👉 Keep all key elements at least 1cm from the edge for best results with the coaster’s rounded square shape.

⚠️ Print Disclaimer

All coasters are professionally printed in-house using sublimation for rich, full-colour results.
• Slight variations in colour or alignment may occur – this is completely normal and part of the handmade process
• Over time, prints may naturally fade with frequent use or exposure to certain elements
• Each coaster is printed with care to ensure high quality, but proper care will help maintain its appearance

🧼 Care Instructions

Cleaning
• Hand wash only using mild soap and cool water
• Do not place in the dishwasher
• Avoid abrasive cleaning pads or scrubbing the printed surface

Handling
• Avoid dropping or heavy impact – cork backing may chip or wear
• Keep the printed surface free from sharp or rough contact

Usage
• Avoid placing in direct sunlight for extended periods
• Do not expose to extreme heat or moisture for long durations

Storage
• Store in a dry, cool place
• Keep coasters flat to prevent warping over time
• Avoid contact with sharp edges or objects that might scratch the print
