Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Occult Print Shop. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges and damaged or faulty orders.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
For eligible non-custom items, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn and in the same condition received
- In its original packaging where applicable
- Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Custom, Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Many Occult Print Shop products are custom-made, personalised, printed to order or produced using customer-uploaded artwork.
Custom, personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned or refunded because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, uploaded the wrong artwork, approved incorrect details or no longer require the item.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom uploaded artwork orders
- Personalised products
- Made-to-order print items
- Custom stickers, prints, flags, apparel or display products
- Products made to your specification
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a custom item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or produced incorrectly due to our error, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at support@occultprintshop.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label where relevant
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund depending on the issue.
Artwork, File & Customer Input Errors
Customers are responsible for checking uploaded files, spelling, sizing, colours, layout and order details before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for errors caused by:
- Incorrect artwork files
- Low-resolution uploads
- Spelling or grammar mistakes supplied by the customer
- Incorrect size, colour or product selection
- Incorrect delivery details entered at checkout
If we spot an obvious issue before production, we may contact you, but this is not guaranteed.
Exchanges
We do not usually offer direct exchanges.
For eligible non-custom items, the fastest option is to request a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
Custom or personalised products cannot usually be exchanged unless they are faulty or we have made an error.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items may only be returned where required by law or where we approve the return.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will confirm whether your refund has been accepted.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider or payment service may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@occultprintshop.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are not usually refundable unless required by law or agreed by us.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
