We accept all image formats and sizes, but for best results, we recommend:
• File types: JPEG, PNG, SVG, or PDF (flattened text)
• Suggested dimensions: 8cm x 8cm (approx. 3.25 inches)
• Format: Artwork is printed in a square layout on both sides of the mug by default

🎯 You’ll be able to upload up to 1 design per mug order.

📏 Size

We offer 11oz ceramic mugs printed on both sides as standard.

🎨 Print Placement Options

Choose how you'd like your artwork positioned on the mug:
• Left-hand side
• Centre
• Right-hand side
• Full wrap (entire mug circumference)

💬 Let us know your preferred placement in the order notes. If no option is specified, we will default to double-sided print (left and right sides).

✨ Finish

• Slight glossy texture from the ceramic coating
• Sublimation-printed for vibrant, long-lasting colour
• Hand wash only — not dishwasher safe
• Finish may vary slightly from piece to piece due to the nature of sublimation

⚠️ Disclaimer

All mugs, coasters, and keychains are individually printed using the sublimation method.
• Minor variations in colour, alignment, or placement may occur and are part of the handmade process
• Sublimation prints may naturally fade over time, especially with frequent use or heat exposure
• We take great care to produce high-quality prints, but long-term care is essential to maintain vibrancy

🧼 Care Instructions

Cleaning
• Hand wash only using mild soap and water
• Avoid the dishwasher — heat and detergents can cause prints to fade
• Do not scrub the printed area with rough sponges or abrasive brushes

Handling
• Avoid dropping, as ceramic may chip or crack
• Handle printed areas gently to avoid wear over time

Usage
• Do not microwave — heat may affect print durability
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat

Storage
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Keep away from sharp or rough surfaces to prevent scratches
