Welcome to Occult Print Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when using our website and services, whether you're browsing, ordering prints, or uploading your custom artwork.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who We Are

Occult Print Shop (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent creative brand offering custom and pre-designed printed goods through our website. We’re powered by Shopify to help run our online shop.

2. Using Our Site

To shop with us, you must be at least the age of majority in your area or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing orders.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Please don’t share your login with anyone else.

3. Our Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible — but keep in mind, screen settings vary. Colours or finishes may look different in real life.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order, it’s an offer to buy. We’ll confirm by email if we’ve accepted your order. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock issues, artwork concerns).

Please double-check your details before submitting your order — we may not be able to make changes after it's confirmed.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are in GBP and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated (we are not VAT registered at this time). Shipping fees and other applicable charges are added at checkout.

You agree to provide up-to-date payment and billing info. You promise the card used is yours or that you’re authorised to use it.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external events are out of our hands. Risk passes to you once your order is handed over to the delivery service.

7. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Any artwork or content you upload to customise a product must be yours or you must have permission to use it. By submitting it, you grant us the right to print it solely for your order.

Our branding, designs, and all content on this site are owned by Occult Print Shop or our partners. Don’t use our designs or trademarks without our permission.

8. Optional Tools & Features

We may offer access to third-party tools (like file upload or design previews). These tools are used at your own risk and subject to the provider’s own terms.

9. Third-Party Links

We might link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your data. Check their terms before using or purchasing anything from them.

10. Powered by Shopify

While we use Shopify to run our store, all transactions and products are directly with Occult Print Shop. Shopify isn't responsible for your orders, returns, or customer service.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your data. Some personal information may be processed by Shopify or other partners as part of fulfilling your order.

12. Feedback

If you leave reviews or send us suggestions, we may use them (e.g. to improve our services or showcase feedback). You agree that we can use this content without paying you or crediting you unless agreed otherwise.

13. Errors & Updates

Sometimes there may be errors on our site (like typos, incorrect prices, or stock updates). We reserve the right to fix these issues, even after you’ve submitted an order.

14. Don't Do These Things

Please don’t:

  • Use our site for anything illegal, offensive, or abusive.

  • Try to interfere with the site or its security.

  • Upload harmful files or copyrighted material you don’t own.

  • Resell our products without permission.

We can suspend or cancel your access if you break the rules.

15. Ending This Agreement

We may stop providing services or shut down your account at any time. You’ll still be responsible for any outstanding payments.

16. Legal Stuff

We provide our services "as is", without warranties. We’re not liable for damages unless required by law. If you’re not happy, your only option is to stop using the service.

Some jurisdictions limit these disclaimers, so parts of this section might not apply to you.

17. Indemnity

If you break these Terms or misuse our site, you agree to cover any costs or claims against us arising from your actions.

18. If Something's Not Enforceable

If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

19. No Waiver

Just because we don’t enforce something right away doesn’t mean we give up our right to later.

These Terms, plus any linked policies (like our Refund and Privacy Policies), are the full agreement between us.

You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We can assign ours as needed.
