If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase products or services from us.

Occult Print Shop LTD is a UK-based print and creative production company offering custom print products, apparel, signage, stickers, artwork production, large-format print, design services and related creative fulfilment services.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will not use our services for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to anyone where misuse, abuse, fraud, harassment or policy violations are suspected.

3. Orders & Production

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Because many of our products are custom-made, printed-to-order or personalised, production may begin shortly after payment is received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Request additional artwork or file corrections
  • Reject files that are low quality, unlawful or infringe third-party rights
  • Limit quantities or services

If we cancel an order before production begins, a refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

4. Artwork, Uploads & Intellectual Property

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they own, licence or have permission to use any artwork, trademarks, logos, images, text or intellectual property submitted to us.

By uploading files or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
  • Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
  • Your content does not violate any laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or remove any order we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual property rights, breach platform rules or expose us to legal liability.

Occult Print Shop LTD does not claim ownership of customer artwork unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Colours, Print Accuracy & Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately display colours, finishes and product previews. However:

  • Screen colours may vary between devices
  • Printed colours may differ slightly from digital previews
  • Minor positioning or colour variations may occur during production

Such variations are considered normal within commercial print tolerances.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Shipping, taxes, customs duties and other applicable charges may be added at checkout where required.

Payment must be received before production or dispatch begins.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers or postal services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or transport disruption
  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with photographs and order details.

9. Prohibited Content

We do not knowingly produce or distribute content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains unlawful hate speech or threats
  • Contains illegal pornography or exploitative content
  • Violates UK law or applicable regulations

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

10. Optional Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate third-party tools, apps or upload systems including Shopify applications and external fulfilment providers.

We are not responsible for outages, failures or issues caused by third-party systems outside our direct control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occult Print Shop LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Issues arising from customer-submitted files or instructions
