Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to products purchased using a recurring subscription or other purchase option offered by Occult Print Shop.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive and pay for repeat orders at the price and frequency shown when you subscribe.
Your payment method is stored securely by Shopify and will be charged for future subscription orders according to the subscription schedule.
You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at support@occultprintshop.com.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future subscription charges and deliveries. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
Any returns or refunds for products already supplied are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-orders
If we offer a product for pre-order, the expected availability or dispatch information will be shown when you order.
A pre-order may be cancelled before fulfilment unless it is a personalised or bespoke product that has already entered production, or another applicable exception applies.
Once an order has been fulfilled, our normal Return & Refund Policy applies.
Try Before You Buy
We do not currently offer a try-before-you-buy service.
If this option is introduced in the future, the applicable trial period, payment terms and cancellation conditions will be clearly displayed before purchase.
