🗂️ Preparing Your Files for Print

To ensure your sticker sheets turn out exactly how you envision them, we’ll need two separate files:

  • Background Artwork
    This is the base layer of your sheet. It should be sized exactly at:
    19cm x 12.5cm (7.5" x 5")
  • Sticker Artwork
    Your individual stickers should be supplied on a transparent layer.
  • PNG files with transparent backgrounds work best
  • Don't have transparent PNGs? No worries — you can upload your stickers separately, and we’ll arrange them for you.
  • Max of 12 stickers per sheet for best spacing and cut accuracy.

✂️ Sticker Borders & Cutting Options

By default, we add a 2–4mm white border around each sticker for clean and consistent die-cutting.
Prefer something different? We’ve got you:

  • 🎨 Custom Border Colour: Just leave us a HEX code (e.g. #FFBC00) in your order notes
  • 🖼️ No Border: We can cut your stickers directly, leaving the background artwork visible around each design

👉 Want full-bleed stickers or edge-to-edge cutting? Please leave a note and ensure your designs include 1–2mm of bleed.

✅ File Requirements

To get the best results, please follow these guidelines:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
  • Minimum artwork size: 1500 pixels wide
  • Format: PNG (preferred), JPEG, or PDF
  • Colour Profile: CMYK recommended for the most accurate colour matching
  • Note: Some RGB colours like neon greens or bright cyans may not print accurately.

  • Matte Laminate (75 micron):

    Shiny, bold, and ultra-smooth — ideal for bold colours, rich blacks, and high-contrast art.
