Supplying your photograph

• Supply the highest-resolution scan or photograph available
• Photograph the original straight-on in even light if a scanner is not available
• Avoid filters, screenshots and compressed social-media copies where possible
• Include notes explaining anything that must be preserved, removed or reconstructed

3. Add any notes about damage, missing areas, colour preferences or important details.
4. We will assess the file and contact you if the requested result is not realistic from the supplied image.

Professional artwork check included

Every order includes a careful artwork check before production. Where possible, we can help with minor sizing, positioning, bleed or layout adjustments. If a change could affect the finished result, we will contact you before printing.

Restoration improves the information already present in the photograph. Extremely blurred, hidden or missing detail cannot always be reconstructed accurately, so complex files may require discussion before work begins.
