Authorised Marketplace Reporting Support

Protect your brand, artwork and marketplace visibility online.

We help rights holders, creators and ecommerce brands monitor marketplaces, identify copied listings and prepare structured intellectual property reports for platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay and print-on-demand sites.

Most platforms expect rights holders to police their own intellectual property.

That creates a gap for brands. Copycat sellers can appear quickly, undercut official pricing, reuse product imagery, compete for search terms and divert sales before the original rights holder even knows the listing exists.

Copycat seller discovery

We look for duplicated artwork, titles, mockups, product descriptions and marketplace listings that may be trading on your brand visibility.

Reverse image checks

We use practical reverse image search methods and visual review to find copied artwork, reused mockups and similar product images.

SEO and listing review

We assess how sellers may be using your brand terms, product names or buyer-intent keywords to sit above or alongside official listings.

Two ways to work with us.

Some clients simply want to know what is out there. Others want us to handle the reporting workflow as an authorised representative. Both options are available.

Monitor & Notify

We search relevant marketplaces and send you a clear summary of suspected copycat listings. You decide whether to report them yourself.

  • Best for cautious rights holders
  • No reporting authority required
  • Useful for checking the scale of the problem
  • Can be one-off, weekly or monthly

Monitor & Report

With written authorisation, we can prepare and submit marketplace reports on your behalf, saving you the time and back-and-forth of repeated platform forms.

  • Best for ongoing infringement problems
  • Requires rights-holder authorisation
  • Includes evidence pack preparation
  • Can cover multiple marketplaces

We are not claiming your IP. We work as your authorised support partner.

Formal intellectual property reports should come from the rights holder or someone authorised to act for them. Our role is to help you find the problem, organise the evidence and, where authorised, handle the reporting workflow properly.

What we can monitor.

Monitoring can be focused around one product, a collection, a brand name, a design style, a trademark, a set of official listings or a wider marketplace category.

Artwork and design copying

For prints, apparel, stickers, graphics, illustrations, mockups, product photography and uploaded customer artwork.

Brand and trademark misuse

For names, logos, slogans, product lines and listings that may confuse customers or imitate official brand channels.

Marketplace and POD cloning

For Etsy sellers, Shopify brands, print-on-demand businesses, creators, merch sellers and production-led ecommerce brands.

How it works.

The process can stay light for small checks or become more structured for brands dealing with repeated infringement.

Send us your official links

You provide your website, product pages, marketplace listings, artwork examples, brand terms and known copycat links if you already have them.

We run targeted searches

We use marketplace searches, reverse image checks, keyword searches and manual review to identify suspicious listings and repeated patterns.

You choose notify or report

We can send you a report so you can act yourself, or, with written authorisation, prepare and submit platform reports on your behalf.

We keep a record

For ongoing clients, we maintain a simple record of listings, sellers, dates, actions taken and repeat infringement concerns.

Pricing and service options.

Reporting itself may not cost anything through a marketplace, but the work is in searching, checking, documenting, comparing and submitting correctly. Pricing is based on the time and scope of that work.

Common questions.

For brands searching “what can I do if someone copies my IP?” or “how do I remove copycat sellers on Etsy?”, these are the basics.

Can you report Etsy listings on my behalf?

Yes, if you own the rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder and provide written authorisation. Etsy and similar platforms usually allow reports from rights holders or authorised representatives.

Do you need to own my intellectual property?

No. You keep ownership of your intellectual property. We only need clear permission to act on your behalf if you want us to submit reports rather than simply monitor and notify you.

Is reporting free?

Many platform reporting forms are free to submit. Our fee covers the operational work: searching, checking, comparing, documenting, preparing evidence and handling the reporting process where authorised.

Can you guarantee a listing will be removed?

No. Marketplaces make their own decisions. We can improve the clarity and organisation of your report, but removals, account penalties and legal outcomes are never guaranteed.

Can this be automated?

Parts of the workflow can be systemised, including scheduled searches, reverse image checks, keyword lists and evidence templates. Human review is still important because not every similar listing is automatically infringing.

Is this legal advice?

No. We provide marketplace monitoring, evidence gathering and reporting support. We are not a law firm. For formal legal disputes, damages or court action, you should speak with a qualified intellectual property solicitor.

Important: We only support legitimate rights-holder activity. Clients must confirm they own the relevant copyright, trademark or intellectual property, or that they are authorised to act for the owner. We do not submit false claims, impersonate rights holders or guarantee marketplace outcomes.

Want to know if your brand is being copied?

Send us your official product links, marketplace pages and any listings you are concerned about. We’ll recommend whether a one-off check, scheduled monitoring or authorised reporting support is the right route.
